On June 13th we finally got to find out if Baby #4 is a boy or girl. It has been so hard not knowing since we need to get a bunch of baby things. The ultrasound lasted almost 2 hours since the baby wasn't cooperating very well. It was fun to see baby for so long. Too bad I have a hard time breathing while laying straight on my back. That is what made it feel long. But anyways, back to the fun story. We had the box wrapped up that says "Boy or Girl" and inside the box was balloons (blue for boy and pink for girl). Then the kids opened it up and out popped the balloons. Picture perfect moment.
This is my favorite picture. Braxton is moving his arm down saying "Yes" and Alie is saying "Boy?" and McKailey is trying to make sure a boy is the right answer. I love it!
The girls were disappointed that it is a boy but once that shock wore off they were very excited to have a brother and to even it up.
Look at Braxton's face- that is a true grin. One of the few times I have caught him in a nice picture really smiling. It is awesome.
Braxton felt pretty special and even wanted his picture taken.
